UX Researcher, Research and Managing Director
Ada has more than 15 years’ experience in UX research, spanning every stage of technology development. As a senior UX researcher she regularly manages the design and delivery of the research and testing components of complex projects.
She is equally adept in working on agile or waterfall projects, for startups or multinationals, and in Cantonese or English. Ada is also skilled in choosing and adapting her research methods for different processes and budgets without compromising on the quality of the research.
With an MPhil and BS in Computer Science, Ada started her career as a developer, working for multinational clients. She then made a conscious switch to UX in 2003, just as it was expanding into website development.
Ada’s been passionate about UX and research ever since. What she enjoys most about it - besides it giving you evidence to design great products or make vast improvements - is the surprise factor. The fact that with user research you will always find something unexpected. And in UX the unexpected is what makes the difference.
Ada shares her knowledge and her skills through training, speaking and mentoring and is a long-time member and organizer of the Interaction Design Association, Hong Kong Chapter (IxDAHK). She is also a member of the UXPA and of the ACM Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIGCHI).
UX Research Partner
Ying Wei is a UX consultant with over nine years of experience in the digital industry. She helps clients to discover new product and service opportunities to entice and engage their target customers.
Ying Wei has a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from Kookmin University in Seoul and a Bachelor’s degree in Interface Design from Multimedia University in Malaysia. She enjoys working in a team to tackle complex problems, improve and deliver engaging product solutions. Her research is based on design thinking and user-centred design approach. She has worked with global companies like Autodesk, EF Kids and Teens, EF Lab(China), SEEK Asia(Hong Kong), HeathWallace, Radica and EventXtra.

Ying Wei has worked in a number of Asia countries including Singapore, Seoul, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Currently, Ying Wei resides in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Her specialties include UX research, product design and management in agile process.
UX Consultant, Digital Analyst
Eddie Wu is a UX consultant and digital analyst who has been engaging in the digital industry for over 20 years and assists clients in succeeding through analysis and research.
Eddie always tries not to be a conventional person and scrutinizes things from a fresh perspective. After graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a BA degree, he launched his career in media. In 2000, he admired the promising and potential internet world and dedicated himself to building up his future in it. Over the years, he enrich himself gradually with knowledge and skills, from programming, and user experience to data analysis to keep up with the beat of the digital world.
From an employee to a business owner, he enjoys working with different businesses and people from various backgrounds. Understanding their needs and figuring out solutions is an arduous but challenging journey, and the success of clients is his dynamic to advance.
His motto is “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun.”
Eddie is also an enthusiastic writer, he loves to share his ideas. His creations involve UX practical skills, well-being and short fiction. He embraces changes because coping with them makes him energetic and ambitious.
